2. Provision of event-related information and announcements for the IPK Symposium.

Name (Korean/English), Affiliation, Position, Mobile Phone Number, E-mail, Country, Type of Participation, Date of Attendance.
- • Retention and Use Period
One year from the date of collection after the conclusion of the event.
- ※ Collected personal information will be destroyed immediately once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
You have the right to refuse consent. However, please be advised that if you do not agree, you will not be able to attend the IPK Symposium.
※ The collected personal information will be provided to MEC&WIP, which has been entrusted with the operations of the IPK Symposium, and will be destroyed immediately upon the expiration of the entrustment period.

On-site photography and filming for event documentation and post-event reporting of IPK Symposium. (These materials may be used in various media, including the IPK website, social media, and press releases for internal and external promotional purposes.)

Event documentary photos and videos (Portraits).
- • Retention and Use Period
One year from the date of collection after the conclusion of the event.
- ※ Collected materials will be destroyed immediately once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
